Don't see your device?

  1. The device is on the same local network and its status LED is solid green.
  2. You're viewing this page from that same network (Wi-Fi or LAN), not over mobile data.
  3. On iPhone or iPad, turn off iCloud Private Relay in Settings.

Other ways to connect

  • Type your device's IP address directly into the browser's address bar.
  • Enter the serial number below to look the device up.
