Why the KNX Bridge and the SmartCore are worth EUR 999

We are raising the prices of the KNX Bridge and the SmartCore. Most of our devices are sold through installers, and the price has to leave a fair margin for everyone. The new price structure gives installers the margin they need to serve their customers well, and it covers the continuous development of both hardware and software.

The new prices already apply in Switzerland and will come into effect in all other countries from 1 December 2026.

Continuous software development and added functionality

Since the launch of the KNX Bridge in 2023, we have kept adding functions to our devices, also to the very first units our customers installed. We sell each device once: there is no subscription, and firmware updates are free. This will not change.

Since launch, the KNX Bridge has gained:

• KNX IP interface for ETS
• KNX-DALI gateway
• KNX Secure
• KNX remote access via the ETS Cloud Interface

The SmartCore combines Matter with twelve relay outputs, twelve inputs and a DALI-2 master. Since launch, it has gained:

• DALI setup directly on the device, without a USB interface
• A full DALI-2 master for up to 64 lights and 64 sensors
• A new web interface
• Support of new devices in Matter

Better margins for installers and wholesalers

The new price structure gives installers and wholesalers a much higher margin on every device. To give installers direct access to these conditions, we are opening a B2B shop for professionals.

As a partner, you get special conditions, priority technical support and hear about new products and firmware updates in advance. We pass on enquiries from end customers who are looking for an installer in your region.

Wholesalers and distributors who want to sell Atios products can apply for distributor conditions separately.
